The Brown Trout welcomes you with a warm and friendly atmosphere.  You can choose between dining in the local bar and enjoying the company of some of our local residents around or eat in our dining room.

 

 

 

Whatever you choose you won’t be disappointed, you can enjoy North Highland specialities from award winning Mey Selections Scotch Beef reared within 100 miles of the Castle of Mey or locally caught brown trout fresh from Loch Watten during our fishing season May to October and a choice of locally grown vegetables.
